ABOUT THE CLASS
This class is for those who already know basic poses. Suitable for level 1 students who are looking for a challenge and level 2 students who want to take it easy. We will thoroughly explain the slightly difficult poses of level 2. This class is organized primarily around basic poses practiced in a flowing manner. Class program includes Pranayama and slightly advanced meditation.

In 2009, Ayumi finished the 200 hour teacher training course and completed the 500 hour in 2011. Her favourite hobbies are surfing and playing golf. She enjoys riding the calming waves of the ocean and playing golf, but most importantly, loves to relax by floating on the rich ocean and listening to the calming sounds of the forest. When she started learning ISHTA Yoga, she felt the same sensation. When concentrating on her breathing while moving on the yoga mat or when calmingly sitting with eyes closed, she felt the very importance of openness, comfort and happiness that can be missing from our busy lives. She hopes to share this sensation of yoga to those living in the busy and stressful areas of the crowded city.
