Chakra Advance Training course with Kumiko Mack

Kumiko Mack will spend 6 mornings exploring the 5 main chakras through lecture, asana and meditation. These workshops are perfect for any level student interested in gaining a deeper appreciate and knowledge of the Chakra system.

Chakras exist in the energetic body that is not tangible to us.  Chakras holds our karma that need to be worked out during the course of samsara, and the physical body is the vehicle that we work out our karma with.  The physical body and energetic body are intertwined, however, we often get caught up with the tangible part of our being, which limits the possibilities and potentials of our existence.  We will explore how each chakra is related to our karma through the lecture first.  Then we will balance and feel each chakra through asana and pranayama practice.  Through meditation at the end we will connect with the infinite part that exists within us, heal and revitalize each chakra with the universal intelligence and experience samyama.
