The informational session will be held at Be Yoga.

We will be available to explain about ISHTA yoga, our schedule and the program we have set up for this Fall.

There will be a Q&A so we can be sure to answer any questions you may have.

Whether you are aiming to obtain certification to teach yoga, or seeking to deepen your knowledge of yoga, our 200-hour ISHTA teacher training course can serve as a path in your journey.

Tuition: 450,000yen (A 50,000yen, non-refundable deposit)

The trainig cost includes a comprehensive manual, plus regular yoga and meditation classes for the duration of the course!

What is Restorative yoga?

Gentle, healing poses designed to release deep layers of tension stored in the physical and energetic body.

Props(bolster, blocks, straps..etc) are used to support the body so that you can hold poses for longer,

allowing you to open your body through passive stretching.

Helping you to relax the nervous system and regenerate your body cells.

What is Crystal bowl （Alchemy crystal bowl）?

It is a bowl shape instrument which has an incredible healing effect, made by very pure crystal.

They are also widely used as music therapy technique in the U.S. .

It's sounds create alpha wave - theta wave inside your brain, which also occur when you relax or when in a deep meditative state.

Cherry Blossom Retreat at Mount Takao

Be Yoga will be hosting a one day retreat at Takao-san. Come join us

for a relaxing day under the cherry blossoms and celebrate Buddha's birthday.

Help yourself to transition smoothly into Spring, by healing and comforting our body

with yoga and quieting our senses in a bit of Nature outside Tokyo.

We will also prticipate in some Buddhist ascetic practices such as burning

the Goma-gi stick as well as receiving Buddhist sutra transcriptions.

You will be sure to have a relaxing smile at the end of the day!
