All levels of yoga including restorative yoga will be offered, and you can make your own program. Practice yoga all day in nature and be yoga!!!

Bhuta means five elements. Shuddhi means to cleanse. In Yoga philosophy we are made up of five elements, earth, water, fire, wind and space. Through this practice we will cleanse ourselves through each element in order to bring ourselves back to a pure state of being. No matter how we keep our room clean, the dust builds up, and we need to clean regularly. We bathe ourselves daily to keep our physical body clean. Bhuta Shuddhi rids obstacles of our energetic body and frees our mental and emotional state.

Kumiko was initiated into yogiraj by Alan Finger 3 weeks ago. It is the highest honor in the yoga world. Kumiko feels honored and is very thankful for Alan's teaching and unconditional guidance. She said that she would work harder to deepen her experience as a yogi.
