When we have more desk work or continue working with bad posture, shoulders and neck area becomes stiff by stress. Moreover, it gets accumulated and becomes stiffer while we are busy forgetting to rest.
In this workshop, we make the shoulders relaxed by moving the shoulders and neck around, moisturing the joints and then making the muscles warmer.
