7/1 Asakatsu (morning activity)! Long Class

We will awaken the morning spiritual energy. By cleaning up the body with plenty of moving , we will find the crystal-clear inner energy. Pure and friendly energy inside is the real us. It does not only make our body lively, but also lights up people around us.

Window glass becomes cloudier only, while the weather changes with time. Then, it does not appear clearly even the scenery is beautiful in nice weather. After suddenly noticing, we wipe the window and get energy from the scenery outside. Our mind also accumulates the cloud like feelings imperceptibly. Taking away the cloud, we will regain the sense of exhilaration.
