Instructor: Kumiko Mack
Venue: Be Yoga Japan, 4F ORE Hiroo Building, 5-10-26 Minami-azabu, Minato-ku, Tokyo (see Google Maps)

What is Yoga Nidra?
Yoga Nidra is a meditation technique linked to savasana and it is sometimes described as lucid sleeping.
