Long Class by Kumiko Mack: Hip Opener
Fall has come, and it is a great time to exercise our body. During the hot summer we practice more forward bends which are cooling. Now we are ready to move and create lots of heat in the physical body. In this class we will focus on balancing the areas around the hip joints. Yogis say that we store unconscious emotions around the hip joints. We will create heat and burn up everything that restricts our body and mind. Through the Sharira Cleansing meditation we will cleanse our emotional body, which will go deep into the subconscious and unconscious areas.
