We learn about the 7 chakras in the 3-day Intensive Course and experience the asana, breathing and meditation method for each chakra.
(A certificate will be given at the end of the lecture)

Kumiko Mac will teach the basic knowledge of the chakra and the practical methods which can be used in one’s own yoga practice.

We are busy and rushed in the modern society and our chakras tend to be unbalanced. Through the lectures, you will learn the methods (breathing method, asana, meditation method) to arrange your chakras by yourself so that you can spend a life with full of calm affection and healthy mind and body.

The course is offered for everyone!
We also welcome those who want to learn the basics of chakra and effective methods to practice the 7 chakras.

■3-day Intensive Course to learn the 7 chakras

6 lectures(Studying, breathing method, asana ,meditation practice) will be held in 3 days.

Time allocation for the lecture of 2.5 hours

  • Classroom lecture : About 30~40minutes
  • Asana practice : 60 ~ 70 minutes
  • Breathing method, meditation, grounding (the awakening time) : 40 ~ 50 minutes

Lecture will be given 6 times (2 hours x 6) in 3-day intensive course. We choose a suitable breathing method and meditation method for clear yoga in each lecture depending on the contents.
Sequencing is included in asana to make breathing method, meditation method more effective. As we will have 6 different types, we explain first the asana about to practice at the beginning and then the meditation.
