ABOUT THE CLASS

Held only once each month during the autumn (September, October, November) this is an opportunity to experience yoga nidra.
Very few asanas are performed so you can participate in street clothes. Perhaps a good way to refresh yourself on the way home from work.

Yoga nidra: A meditation technique linked to savasana, yoga nidra is sometimes described as lucid sleeping.
It is said that 20 minutes of yoga nidra can provide as much relaxation as 4 hours of sleep.
