Classes with generous time set aside for meditation. Relatively active Asana is performed to relax the body in preparation for meditation. Recommended for those who already know basic poses.

ABOUT THE TEACHER
Kazue Watanabe

Kazue worked in a sports gym after graduating from university and then traveled to Australia for a working holiday. When returning to Japan, she worked as a diving instructor at technical sports schools for about 7 years. After years of hectic and busy days, she felt tired and even began to dislike the sea. Eventually, she left this job that she used to love in late 2002. At that time, she discovered the effects of yoga and the joy of being able to do things she could never do before. Even in lonely moments, practicing yoga was a treasured time that helped her forget about other things. She also discovered the amazing effect of Savasana and meditation by attending a teacher training course. Kazue discovers new things everyday through yoga, and loves the style of ISHTA Yoga; taking care of the individual.
