10/17 Long Class by Kumiko Mack (in Japanese)
We have decided to hold a long class by Kumiko Mack on October 17 (Saturday). (The content is same as the long class in English on October 10.）
Days are getting shorter, and the temperature is perfect – not too hot, not too cold. The fall is here. At this time of the year a lot of us find ourselves craving for good books, museum visits or something that stimulates our intellect and inspiration. We will bring back the balance in the physical and emotional body through asana and pranayama. Then we will bring out the inspiration and true wisdom that we are born with through meditation.
We are looking forward to your participation.
|Date:||October 17 (Saturday) 15:30 ~ 17:30|
|Venue:||Be Yoga Japan, 4F ORE Hiroo Building, 5-10-26 Minami-azabu, Minato-ku, Tokyo (see Google Maps)|
