~Sankalpa Meditation Workshop in English ~

Sankalpa Meditation Workshop is a very popular workshop held every year. We are very excited to announce that we have decided run it in English this year!
On January 29th, there is a Yoga Nidra Special Class in English (13:00 ~ 14:00) Following the class, there will be a Sankalpa Meditation Workshop. We highly recommend that you to attend both the special class and the workshop!
We are looking forward to your participation!

【About the Workshop】

We practice the Sankalpa Meditation. When stress accumulates, the habits and customs start controlling your actions. Before you know it, you start behaving against your own will. We introduce a meditation technique with a long history of tantra tradition. It cultivates the sankalpa (intention) and embeds the wishes into the proper chakras. First, we warm our body with easy asanas and burn the toxins in mind and body. Then we meditate to open the heart and think about the prayers that we need. Following this, we will enter the sankalpa meditation.
When you are finding it challenging to get rid of bad habits, like you are tangled in a spider web, liberate yourself by continuing this form of meditation.
We are looking forward to your participation! Please find details below.
