2015/12/12 Long Class: “Abhyasa and Vairagya” ~Dispassion and Practice~
On December 12 (Saturday), Long Class will be held.
We are looking forward to your participation to the last long class of this year!
“Abhyasa and Vairagya” ~Dispassion and Practice~
(Level 2 + Restorative)
“December” marks the end of the year. We will prepare for the next year no matter how the days were spent in this year.
“Abhyasa and Vairagya” has the meaning that you come to your yoga mat regardless of the how the day is good or bad and repeat exploring every moment through breathing in asana, with meditation and advancing to the next moment.
Why don’t you work up a sweat with asana and move into the restorative at the last long class of this year?
With asana and restorative yoga, that would be the year-end celebration for your body and mind.
