Here is the message from Ryoko to everyone.
【A message from instructor Ryoko】
I am taking a maternity leave from April.
Last summer, during Maternity Yoga TT where I was an assistant , one of our trainees said, “I want to see Ryoko being really pregnant” as I was using a blanket to make my belly bigger for the demonstration.
Shortly after, I found out that I was pregnant and I was really surprised. It feels like it was only yesterday.
I am realising the benefits of yoga again, as it is largely due to yoga that everything is going smooth until now and being able to accept and communicate to myself while the body and mind was changing much daily.
Although the practice and classes on the mat became less frequent for me, I think my challenge for yoga will still continue in everyday life, focusing on the present time in any change and any circumstances.
I have more to tell you when when we meet in the classes and I am looking forward to that time.
To everyone who sent me many warm messages, I would like to thank from the bottom of my heart.
Thank you very much.
Although there is less time left to be together, I am looking forward to seeing you.
