This week, we welcome Kristin Leal to our studio, where she’ll be teaching a workshop series on ISHTA Marma Massage.

She is a lovely teacher and we’re having lots of fun as we progress through her course each day.

Yesterday, Kumiko Mack held a workshop on ISHTA Marma self massage for the general public. The workshop was designed to study the Marma points which are said to improve the flow of energy, and to be able to perform self-care easily at home.

We intend to hold such workshops regularly at Be Yoga Japan, so by all means, please try to attend next time if you are interested!
