~Sankalpa Meditation Workshop~
Sankalpa Meditation Workshop, having high popularity each year, will also be held next year.
Since each year we receive many applications and it becomes more difficult to make reservation, we will hold the workshop 2 times in 2016.
Please apply for date which is convenient for you.
【Workshop Contents】
We practice the Sankalpa Meditation. When the habits and customs control your actions before you know it and you start behaving against your will, stress is accumulated. We introduce a meditation technique with a long history of tantra tradition. It increases one’s sankalpa (intention) and embeds the wishes into the proper chakras. We warm our body with beginner-level asanas and burn the toxins in the body and mind, meditate to open the heart and think about the prayers that we need, and then we will enter the sankalpa meditation.
When you can’t get rid of the bad habits like you’re tangled in the spider web, liberate yourself by continuing this meditation.
